  • The importance and benefit of assessing posture.

  • The first 8 steps of our assessment.

  • How to fix these 8 steps and the exercises needed.

Day 2 you will learn:

  • The remaining 5 steps of our assessment.

  • How to fix these 5 steps and the exercises needed.

  • How to use our app to assess clients.

  • How to use the posture assessment and it’s results as a sales tool.

  • How to build a basic structured exercise programme for a client.
